Definitely MICHELIN

If you’ve ever, EVER in Valencia, you have to go to Restaurant KARAK. It is one of the best fine dining experiences that I really look back at very fondly.

A reservation is a must and get this, they call you beforehand to ask you of any food intolerances. Never in my life this ever happened. I thought that it is very thoughtful and immediately, I knew that I was in for a night to remember. These small things do count when you’re eating at these types of restaurants. It simply creates a unique relationship.

Anyhow, went for a 14 or perhaps even it was 15 course meal. Don’t worry, you’ll be able to eat everything. Trust me.

For a fine dining restaurant it was not expensive at all. The atmosphere of the place, the people, everything was exceptional – proper silver service and much more for sure.

Plating was impeccable to the last detail. While serving the food, everything was also explained. Truly professional. Highly recommended, I will never ever not recommend this gastronomic eatery. It is simply one of a kind, in the heart of Valencia’s old town.
