Hello! Today, I’m not here to share a restaurant recommendation, however, I’m here to share one of my recent recipes. It is extremely easy and quick to make.

This can count as a breakfast idea!

Ingredients:

4 ripe bananas, mashed

1 egg

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

A bit of Peanut butter

1 Cup self raising flour

1/2 cup Oats

2 tsp ground Cinnamon

Few chocolate chips (optional)

Method:

Mix the wet ingredients first and then in a separate bowl mix together the dry ingredients. Add the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients then fold in the chocolate chips.

Pour the batter into a loaf thin and bake at 170 degrees for around 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean and top is golden brown.
